Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Weight Wagers for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

The materials on Weight Wagers are provided on an 'as is' basis. Weight Wagers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Weight Wagers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Weight Wagers, even if Weight Wagers or a Weight Wagers authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Weight Wagers could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Weight Wagers does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

Weight Wagers has not reviewed all of the sites linked to our website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site.

Weight Wagers may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

Weight Wagers sponsors and administers every challenge offered through the app. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in any way with, any challenge or prize. The full challenge process is described in the Challenge RulesChallenge Rules/docs/rules, and refunds are covered by the Refund PolicyRefund Policy/docs/refunds.

• Participants must be 18 years or older. Age and identity are verified before you can take part in paid challenges.
• Weight Wagers is available only to residents of the United States. Paid challenges are limited to the states where Weight Wagers is permitted to offer them; the app checks your location when you enter a paid challenge.
• One account per person, using only your own data.

• Your weight and step count are read from Apple Health. Weights typed by hand, in the app or in the Health app, do not count toward a challenge; only readings from a connected scale or other device do.
• All health data must be accurate and truthful.
• Participants must comply with all challenge requirements shown in the app before joining.

• We reserve the right to verify all submitted data.
• False information may result in disqualification.
• We may request additional documentation, including a photo or video check.

• Rewards are subject to successful challenge completion.
• Prizes are paid from a prize pool that Weight Wagers funds for each paid challenge and that is shared by every participant who completes that challenge. Prizes are never paid out of other participants' entry fees.
• Prize distribution is at our sole discretion.
• Taxes on winnings are the responsibility of the participant.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Submit false or misleading information
• Alter, fake or manipulate Apple Health data, or enter a challenge on someone else's behalf

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
